These Body Positive TikTokers will help you love your body

[ad_1]

Although filled with fun and entertaining videos, TikTok has its fair share of negative videos. Many users understand the feeling of logging out of TikTok by feeling bad about themselves, or more specifically, their body.

There is a shocking amount of negative body image videos on TikTok. So it’s important to fill your feed with positive rather than negative influencers. Here are my favorite body-positive TikTokers:

Brittani Lancaster

Brittani is a body-positive TikToker who is in recovery from two eating disorders. Every day, Brittani posts “What I Eat in a Day” videos that encourage nourishing your body with healthy, delicious foods every day.

Along with these videos, Brittani also often posts recovery tips, body love, and delicious recipes. Brittani’s videos are extremely uplifting and heartwarming, she feels like a big sister. She’s a great person to follow, and I recommend her without hesitation.

Siena Mae Gomez

If you’ve been on TikTok for a while, you’ve probably seen Sienna on your For You page; here’s why you should give her the following.

Sienna is a 16-year-old Californian who found success this summer thanks to her body-positive videos. In her videos, she frequently talks about confidence, body image and insecurities.

Sienna also makes “What I Eat in a Day” videos and “Eat With Me” videos to help her feel supported in her eating habits. Sienna is a great role model for young girls and definitely worth following!

Victoria Garrick

Victoria, a former USC women’s volleyball libero, is a fantastic person to follow on TikTok if you want to learn more about body positivity, intuitive eating, and mental health.

While at USC, Victoria suffered from an eating disorder. Now recovering, Victoria can share an interesting perspective on mental health issues while being an athlete. Victoria also has a podcast called “Real Pod” where she interviews guests weekly about their mental health.

Overall, Victoria is a great mentor for teenage athletes.

Brooklynne Webb

Brooklynne, aka xobrooklynne, is a 16-year-old Canadian. Brooklynne’s videos are all about learning to love your body and being confident in your own skin.

Brooklynne is also a talented makeup artist and posts many beauty videos. My personal favorite Brooklynne videos are when she responds directly to hateful comments with confident videos that usually garner a lot of support. Brooklynne’s videos are great if you need help getting your confidence back.
