I’m the kind of person who to have to have dessert after dinner. No matter how full I am or how many treats I’ve had in the day, there’s not a moment when I don’t craving for dessert. Making homemade, healthy desserts not only satisfies my cravings, but the ingredients used in the healthy treats are energizing and nourishing. These are by far my ten favorite recipes that I make more often than I should.
Billie Eilish Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Billie Eilish’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies have the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I mean, who doesn’t love peanut butter? Simply mix the dry and wet ingredients together before placing the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
¼ cup almond milk
Chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes.
Personalized Niçoise cream
Beautiful Cream is an easy, no-bake healthy dessert that I make all the time. With the same creamy texture as ice cream, Beautiful Cream is packed with wholesome ingredients. Depending on what you want, mix together all the frozen fruit, the nut butter of your choice and a little milk, as well as all the other ingredients of your choice. Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream is not only refreshing, but the natural sweetness of bananas is unlike anything else.
2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large spoonful of peanut butter
A splash of milk
Blend until preferred consistency.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Overnight Oatmeal
While overnight oats aren’t the typical dessert, oats are the perfect base for a sweet treat. In all honesty, oats are bland, which is why toppings are key to turning oats into a delicious meal, snack, or dessert. Peanut butter and jelly oats are one of my all time favorite desserts. The creamy consistency of oats combined with sweet jelly and salted peanut butter is a comforting dessert you can count on to satisfy your cravings.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Let the oats sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Garnish with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jelly
Cozy Apple Pie Bars

Apple Pie Bars are even better than they look. But, they consist of a secret ingredient: oats. Not only are overnight oats perfect for a dessert, oats can also be used to make a chewy and flavorful dessert bar. Natalia Seliger’s recipe is a must.
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 and 3/4 cup oat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-2 diced apples
A dash of cinnamon (or as much as desired)
Combine and mix the ingredients.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Frozen cookie dough bars

If you’re looking for a no-bake dessert with minimal ingredients, Katelynn Nolan’s Frozen Cookie Dough Bars are for you. You can easily add whatever toppings you want and change some of the ingredients in this recipe to align with what you desire.
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almond butter
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut milk
Chocolate chips (as much as desired)
Mix the ingredients in a glass dish with parchment paper.
Freeze the dish for 20 minutes.

There is nothing better than a Chocolate dessert. Jazmin Tyler’s Extra Fudge Protein Bars are vegan and full of protein and healthy fats that will give you long-lasting energy.
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/4 cup protein powder
Mix the ingredients.
Spread the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
For the cocoa filling:
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Spoon the cocoa topping over your protein bars.
Finally, refrigerate for a few hours until set.
Oatmeal Cookie Whoopie Pies

Oatmeal cookies might sound a little boring, but oatmeal cookie pies with a protein cream cheese filling will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth right away. Hailey Peters’ recipe is quick and delicious.
3/4 cup nut butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups of oats
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
To the mixture, add the following:
1 cup popcorn
1/2 cup peanut m&ms
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Once the ingredients are combined, bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
For the whoopie pie filling:
1 block of cream cheese (softened)
2 servings vanilla protein powder
A tablespoon of ghee or butter
A dash of almond milk
Mix the ingredients together, while adding milk to the desired thickness.
Once your cookies and topping are done, add the topping to the bottom of one cookie before placing another cookie on top.
Single Serve Crumbl Cookie

A fudge brownie topped with tons of peanut butter and melted chocolate is my take on the better dessert. With the growing attention Crumbl Cookies is receiving, this recipe is a perfect recreation. Jazmin Tyler’s Single Serve Crumbl Cookie is perfect for one person and consists of just a few ingredients that you can most likely find in your pantry without issue.
3 tablespoons of almond flour
1 tablespoon of protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of almond milk
After mixing the ingredients, form the dough into a large cookie.
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Top the finished cookie with peanut butter and melted chocolate.
Finally, refrigerate the cookie for about 20 minutes until the peanut butter and chocolate are set.
