your equipment list
- 125 g. softened butter
- 110 g. brown sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons powdered ginger
- Half a glass of honey
For the above
- 240 g. Granulated sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
How are you going to do it?
- Beat the butter, sugar and egg yolk with a mixer. Add honey, flour and baking powder and mix well. Add flour or honey if necessary.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of 5mm. Cut it out using a mold, place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat the egg white and lemon juice with a mixer. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until it thickens. Fill the cone with parchment paper and decorate the cookies as you wish.
