How are you going to do it?
Place the chocolate and butter you put in a large coffee maker into a saucepan filled with water and start melting it on the stove. Meanwhile, grease the round aluminum trays where you will place your entremets and pour the ground almonds. Mix the eggs and sugar well in a deep bowl, add the melted chocolate to the butter and mix.
