1. Five more hours

If you are looking for a fun, loud and energetic song, this is the one! “Five More Hours” by Deorro and Chris Brown, was released in 2015, but is still a great song for working out or partying. This song is at the top of my workout playlist on Spotify and you should add it too!

2. Do you think of me

Do you like a perfect drop beat? Well, “Do You Think About Me” by Captain Cuts and Zookëper will have you dancing at the gym! Released in 2018, this vibrant song will have you feeling on top of the world! My friends and I love listening to this song in the car or while running errands around the neighborhood.

3. Daylight

Close your eyes and listen to “Daylight” by One True God and TELYKast. The upbeat beat will have you feeling like you’re in town on a summer evening with your best friends! This new song will make you want to practice and never stop! Don’t forget to add this exciting song to your playlist!

4. Like a G6

Although Far East Movement’s “Like A G6” was released ten years ago, it’s still an incredible fast-paced song that will have you racing all around the block. This song has never left my playlist and is one of those songs you never get tired of! Repeated beats throughout the song will have you sweating at the end of your workout!

5. South of the Border

Looking for a slower but exciting song? “South of the Border” by Ed Sheeran, Cardi B, Camila Cabello and Cheat Codes is perfect for you! Be sure to listen to the Cheat Codes remix of this song for a faster beat! Personally, I love pop music and I listen to this song ALL THE TIME when I stretch. Besides, who doesn’t love Cardi B? His feature in this song adds something unique and fun if you like his style of music!

6. Roses

In March, “Roses” by Saint Jhn was my favorite song to practice! Although it was released in 2016, it recently became popular on the TikTok app, where I first heard it. The pace quickly shifts from fast to slow and will keep you on your toes! It’s a fun and energetic song, making it a MUST on your playlist!

7. You make me feel…

Released in 2011, “You Make Me Feel…” by Cobra Starship, may be a bit old but will never be too old to listen to. I’ve come to discover that the oldest songs are always the best! This song begins with a slower beat but quickly turns into a strong, energetic chorus. Every time I listen to this song, I feel productive and motivated, that’s why it’s best to listen while working out!
