Smoothies are by far my favorite breakfast. They’re light, energizing, and set me up for my long day, even if I’m not extremely hungry in the morning. When you’re in a hurry, smoothies are a great easy, yet nutritious breakfast to treat yourself to. These smoothie recipes will not only be delicious but will also leave you satisfied. If you feel like a change from your boring daily smoothie, these recipes are here to help.
1. Banana, chocolate and peanut butter
The combination of banana, chocolate and peanut butter is unmatched and will always be one of my favorites. But, the best part about this recipe is that you only need a few ingredients.
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 large spoonful of peanut butter
About 1/2 cup of milk
2. Berry Cherry
We’ve all been introduced to the classic berry smoothie. But, berries mixed with cherries are even better. This is such a refreshing smoothie that will give you energy for the rest of the day.
1 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
A tablespoon of chia seeds
About 1/2 cup of milk
3. Classic strawberry and banana
Starting your day with the classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a must. Although this is one of the most common smoothie recipes, it will make for a sweet and filling breakfast.
1.5 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup of yogurt
About 1/2 cup of milk
4. A summer dream
The combination of mango, strawberry and pineapple is unlike any other. This smoothie recipe doesn’t taste like summer in a mug.
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
About 1/2 cup coconut water
5. Green Goddess Smoothie
The Green Goddess Smoothie is packed with nourishing vegetables and fruits to get your day off to a great start. There’s nothing better you can do for yourself than eating a balanced breakfast, which can easily be achieved with this smoothie.
1 frozen banana
2 large handfuls of spinach (can be frozen, if desired)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 avocado
1/5 of a long English cucumber
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
About 1/2 cup coconut water
6. Cement Smoothie

1/2 frozen banana
1 cup spinach (can be frozen, if desired)

2 cups kale (can be frozen)

8. Apple Cinnamon
When it’s cold, you may not crave smoothies often. But, this recipe will bring out the warm flavors of fall and winter.
1 sliced red apple
1 frozen banana
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon of hemp hearts
1/2 cup of yogurt

9. Simple Banana
This smoothie only calls for one major ingredient: bananas. Awesome, every time I make this recipe I remember delicious creamy milkshakes. You will be surprised by the simplicity of this smoothie recipe. It’s perfect for busy mornings.
