The holiday season is definitely not the ideal time to wait until the last minute. And, inevitably, there will come a time when you realize you’ve never sorted out your Christmas party outfits. But this year, I’ve put together a list of my favorite festive looks to help you stay (a little) calm as the Christmas panic takes over. So simple and effortless, yet so chic and Christmas: you can’t go wrong with a red jumpsuit, perfectly matched with lipstick, jewelry and heels.

2. Knitted sweaters

If you’re going for a more comfy and laid-back vibe, a knit sweater is calling your name! Whether you wear it oversized with knee-high boots or tuck it into jeans for a more polished look, a knit sweater is a staple in your festive wardrobe.

3. Plaid Skirts

Is there anything that says Christmas better than a plaid skirt? These skirts are Christmas classics and exude an air of sophistication when worn with black or red turtlenecks.

4. Pinafore dresses

Keeping with the plaid theme, a pinafore dress is another essential piece for your festive wardrobe. From coffee dates to family celebrations, a pinafore dress is your best friend for all Christmas occasions.

5. Christmas sweaters

No Christmas style guide could be complete without a tribute to the Christmas jumpers themselves. Regardless of trends or your age, there’s definitely something special about wearing your favorite Christmas sweater as you sit around the Christmas tree with your family on December 25.
